Pancake Mix Cake

Basic Pancake Mix Cake....

Ingredients :Pancake Mix (2 cups)

  • Cooking Oil (1 Cup)

  • Sugar (1 cup)

  • Whole Milk (1 Cup)

  • Vanilla (1 tablespoon)

  • Baking Powder (1 Teaspoon)

  • Eggs (6)

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk Can (1)

  • Flour

Materials :

  • A Bowl ( Mixing Bowl)

  • A Cake Pan

  • Measuring Cups

  • Flexible Silicone Spatula or Spoon

  • Whisking Spoon or Mixer

Instructions :

(Part 1 - The Cake Mix )

  1. First you're going to want to gather all the Ingredients and Materials

  2. Next you’re going to pour 2 cups of your preferred pancake brand mix into your mixing bowl, then add 1 cup of sugar and a teaspoon of baking powder

  3. Now that you’ve got rid of the powder base ingredients, you're going to add the liquid ones , so now add 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of cooking oil and a tablespoon of vanilla

  4. Next add 6 eggs into the mix ,and mix the cake batter with the whisk or your mixer

(Part 2- Preparing the Cake Pan )

  1. First set your oven to a Temperature of 350’F

  2. Whats next is simple your going to either use butter ,cooking spray or flour so that your cake doesn’t stick to your cake pan mold ,I used both Butter and flour and spread it around the whole cake pan inside

  3. Now that you prepared the pan , you can pour the cake batter into the pan and place it in the oven

  4. Set your timer for at least 45-50 minutes ,make sure you check in on it

(Part 3- The “Frosting” )

  1. Now that the cake is finished ,open that can of sweetened condensed milk and start to pour it on top of the cake

  2. Then carefully move around the pan so that it covers the whole cake

  3. Finally let it cool ,cut a piece and have a taste
